Don't forget to remove your nametag before you rob the Gamestop!

I made a proof of concept video for all the OnLive doubters :]
upping now
Darn, I can't find the "One PS3 please, no games" ragetoon.
Quote:
John Smith, security guard for First National Bank, was arrested today for robbing the bank. He was caught a mere 10 minutes after robbing First National, despite wearing a mask. When asked how the police caught him so quickly, they responded "Mr. Smith never took off his security uniform prior to robbing the place.".
*snrk*
That's more impressive than most. I've heard of some robbers barking up the wrong tree, but that takes the cake.
I'll more than likely end up getting the move bundled one with the bigger hd if I get one, so I'll at least be able to flail my arm around like an idiot. Or... browse the internet.
I swear, I've that exact same story like 10 different times, with only slight variations.
I laughed at the "out on a limb" joke. But, then again, I've always been one for Dad humour and awful puns.
Auto-save is irritating.
Played the 30 minute demo of Duke Nukem Forever on OnLive. Pretty badass.
I might buy it when the price drops a bit.
Hey, that's a good idea. I'll probably never even use it anyways. :P I'm gonna sell my games on Amazon or something though, because fuck Gamestop, so it may take awhile to even have money to buy new games with.
I just picture the face that cop must have made when he threw that in there. He probably thought of it after they arrested the guy and was just waiting all day to say it. He was probably so proud of himself, too. It's just the kind of douche thing that you would hear in an episode of CSI: Miami or something.
This place is becoming the Youtube of forums.
Constantly changing, pissing people off.
Except I'm annoyed for once.
Also I haven't got any trophies in ages, Steve's got quite the lead.
BUT NOT FOR MUCH LONGER. I'm in the mood to achieve.
You need to pay a monthly fee to set up an account on eBay though right? Amazon takes a shit ton of commission but only when your stuff sells. I think I'm gonna try Craigslist first though. Hopefully I'd be able to unload all the games at once for a decent price.
Pulp Fiction: The Final Cut
You are getting a brand new PS3 slim I hope Synth? Because I really wouldn't trust the fat second hand models nowadays, they're all coming to the end of their life cycle. Either the Bluray drive will stop reading discs or they'll get the YLOD.
As far as I could figure out it's free to list things on Amazon, and they only take commission from the sold items, and also cover some of the shipping. At least that's what I gathered from some articles I read. I was also considering half.com, which is basically eBay's version of Amazon, although every single game had a lower price on half, but with less sellers. So I don't know, I'm still undecided. I'd much rather sell them all at once for a bit less than I could make selling them individually and avoid the headache of shipping/tracking and buying a bunch of padded envelopes, though.
But of course sir. I've never trusted refurbished things, even before hearing the horror stories of refurbished consoles.
Added a metal soundtrack to my OnLive video.
METAL!!!!!!
/er...
You would probably have no problems selling your games through Craigslist as long as the price is good. I know of a lot of people that just buy things on there because the price is right.
Ah, alright. Whoever was saying it cost a monthly fee on eBay on w/e site I read that on is dumb then. :P I've never sold anything on any of the three sites before, so I'm really just trying to figure out how to get the most money. It sounds like Amazon would be the way to go if Craigslist falls through though.
Yeah, Craigslist is awesome. People practically give things away on there sometimes. I wouldn't mind, as long as I got a decent price for them. I'd get far more than I would at Gamestop anyways. I almost went in there to see what they would give me during the 50% trade in bonus thing. Almost.
Audioswap takes forever :censored:
Screw this.
I'll just wait till tomorrow to post my 'lolgizeheresavideothatprovesyourewrongaboutonlive beingshittyrofl" video.
The metal audio track is taking forever to process.
/night :wav:
Most of us never said it was shitty, the point is we don't want change. Or not to have physical media...
Yeah, that's the one thing that bothers me about cloud computing, the lack of physical hardware and backups. Plus, if you're living on a budget or have to go without internet for awhile, onlive would be completely useless.
I kinda wish I still had a modded 360 so I could try out some of the games that came out recently like: Hunted Demon's Forge, Dungeon Siege 3, Shadows of the Damned, Child of Eden, Alice Madness Returns, and probably loads more. @_@
I've heard Hunted Demon's Forge is a glitchy piece of shit, although it looks pretty fun from some of the videos I've seen. That's another reason I'm gonna keep my 360. For modding that is, not Demon's Forge. ;)
