Fair enough. T'is true.

Most of the recent backwards compatibility console stuff wasn't all that good anyway.
The original Wii does ok (well for me I don't have NGC streaming audio but the games run fine regardless)...360 was just emulation, and PS3 only had hardware compatibility in the beginning.
Making HD remakes is actually more sensible as the games work properly. And VC stuff on Wii works well too.
Translating Time!
My good sir, this point you propose is just silly. This issue is a moot point considering the real topic has yet to be discussed. You should at least entertain such a thought with some proof. Now if you'll excuse me, my kitten needs some warm milk.
Goose fraba.....:bed:
Went to Walmart for a couple things. Checking out when a kid who couldn't have been more than 10 got in line with his Xbone controller. Daddy in tow behind.
For the cost of that new console, online subscriptions, new controllers, I'd rather pay for my kid to have something useful. Like, here's a cello. I expect you to practice 10 hours a day. Gogogo.
I swear I'm homeschooling my kids.
Oilers won 7-0.

U say that with a level if conviction equal to self dissapountment. Are uvunsatisfied with the way ur own parents considered their child's future?
Or hey, all that money could pay for like two college courses!
And what on Earth is that kid going to get for Christmas now if he's already got his Xbone?
Cut your losses and sell the child on craigslist.
As far as kids go, they can play some vidya.
But god help me if I see one BIG SARGENT SHOOTER MAN game with online play I will smack the little bastard.
Online modes are for proper gameplay and not an endless carousel of calling people/being called various racial and sexist slurs.
Papa will be proud if he sees little Toddomy (tee hee) playing Dark Souls XII.
The console could be the x-mas present, and he's just coming along so his dad doesn't accidentally get the wrong thing.
I had to do that with my parents.
They're "not hip" as it were.
Alternatively, maybe he's getting the games.
Oh wait...
Also, you can play some jarpig after you finish your character sheets for our weekly D&D session with the neighbor kid.
