Any and all ideas I can come up with to try to figure it out phail. :( The internet goes out the instant it starts raining, and comes back when it stops. My phone service is not effected in any way. IT DOESN'T MAKE ANY FUCKING SENSE. I want to beat someone's head in, but so far all I can blame is DSL grimlins.

DSL grimlins are the casue of the problem? XD serisouly try hooking the DSL modem to another phone jack also stormy areas where you are might cause you to get more static moving through the lines. the more static you can hear in the phone line the weaker your DSL connection will be.
