Might be your ISP that is blocking whatever. I read somewhere that the UK is going to start doing blocks of sorts but no idea how much and what sorts of content it will cover.
Anyway, sometimes ISPs are proactive about such things instead of waiting until authorities start annoying them.

My Grandad used to get a lot of those phone calls, he used to just wind them up and pretend he was trying to get on their site, but couldn't get access! They were always distraught! :wacko:
