Being trans is similar to being gay or bi or the like; you don't choose to have a different gender identity, you just do, and figuring that out and living as your true self is the healthiest option overall, whether you decide to transition one day or not.

That's a health care issue. If your country has a shithouse health system then something should be done about that.
