Oh, sorry about the inactivity, I was just updating my graphics driver. It's like a super complicated process where I press download, then I extract the file. After that I open said file, and click some prompts.
I needed a degree in computer programming just to figure it out. :revwacko:

Finally gave in and went to the hospital. Pinched nerve in my right collar bone area. Got steroids, pain meds and muscle relaxers.



I slept so good last night.

I used 2x ibuprofen just before bed every night and mine seems ok now, no pain just a bit of an ache sometimes.

I have to be at deaths door to go to the hospital :wacko:

I always found that to be a silly aspect. I find that I never add rumble to controllers where it is a separate thing. Though at the same time I rarely think to disable it on new games.

Poor cooling design. In the lower end AMD is a better value on laptops but laptops are poor value to begin with :P. Intel's improved their integrated graphics but it's only in the higher end CPUs last I knew. Both computers Zal linked are lame, if the laptop had a discrete card it would've been alright.

Don't PC game and have a big ass fan on the CPU, had no problems. Unless of course you're talking about my short experience with an AMD laptop, then yeah. If only it had more cooling and lasted longer, I really liked the laptop. :-/

AMD used to be pretty rad. I had an Athlon 64 in an old PC and often recommended their products when I was building computers for other people. They nearly always outperformed anything Intel had available in the same price bracket.

That was over 10 years ago. Unless you're on a strict budget or there's a specific reason I'm not sure why anyone would build a computer around their parts now. Their heat and power usage is usually obscene compared to Intel and Nvidia, and any cost saving is negated by the fact you'll probably need to spend extra on a beefier power supply.

First shift sucks dick, I'm lucky enough that I got to call off today due to being at the hospital till 3:30am.

I finished in my job today, my contract is up, feels weird.

roughly $45 and some tweaking later looks like I got my moped fixed. now unless it's storming or raining hard I can get around again :)
