Fuck man, what an uncaring asshole! Is two weeks notice all he has to give you according to the lease? I would definitely double-check that. Although that is about standard unfortunately...Do you have any family or anything locally that might be able to help you both out? That really sucks, I'm sorry man.

There are laws to protect people. IIRC (from TV shows :wacko:) you should have something like no less than 90 days. I would call the cops and claim harassment or unlawful eviction, etc. THey could clear up your rights.

Thanks guys. And it's all good, really. Shit's gonna work out one way or the other, and in the end I might be better off. I mean, I take care of my disabled mom, which qualifies us for all sorts of shit that we didn't before. So...yeah, I was pissed, and I'm still a little heated, but I'll be alright.
