X2 cost me a bit more than that because I had to import it. It's an utter bitch to find over here, and on the off chance you do, it's £20 for the cartridge. Didn't pay anywhere near that thankfully, even with the inflated shipping the dude charged. :fist:

I believe Genesis/MegaDrive has no region protection, aside from different cartridge shapes, but I believe that can be fixed by a Game Genie.

I have an actual Genesis, but a lot of the cartridges are multi region anyway. Mostly they just run at a snail's pace on a PAL Mega Drive because of the whole 50Hz thing. I have a small handful of region locked PAL games I'm planning on replacing when I can import them cheaply enough.
