I would also say:
Battle Circuit.(A fun beat em up game.)
Final Fight.(Heck, a good sequel this time, not like the one they made for the PS2.)

just wish that they would bring back a new version of wonderboy
Battle City!:v:
Scorched Planet (PC) could use a sequel/remake! Gawd that game was awesome..
It had several... unique.. ideas that could really be expressed alot better with to-days level of technology.

I'd like to see a new entry in the Neverhood series. Clay aside, the set/character design was just really cool. Loved the unique music.
Fun games too.
I'm still hoping for Shenmue 3. Just with the same concept, which was nearly perfect.
Actually, Forget my last post, I want a new Dizzy Game Dammit!!.
In Fact, just upscale all the old ones and give me a Dizzy HD collection on live arcade, and i could die a happy man, just knowing that the genius of Dizzy will reach a new generation of gamers. In the same vein, Cosmic Spacehead Please.
I think I would say... Xenogears, Vagrant Story, The legend of dragoon and maybe Gunstar Heroes?
Im going to go way back here and say Chakan:The forever man-Genesis
Great game, was very hard though.cool story line, the point of the game was to be able to die, this could be done very nicely on a current gen system.
Fun fact: There was supposed to be a sequel, but it never happened and most of the sequels gameplay was absorbed into blood omen 2
now you know :)
I'm going to say Legend of Dragoon. A sequel to this game would be badass.
Megaman ZX needs a prequel to show us how the biometals were made and the backstory and them Megaman ZX Advent needs a sequel to show us what happened to the promethius and pandora and why master thomas turns evil
