Ok after uploading lunar the silver star (mega cd version) on yousendit.com because somebody asked for it on the trading board I tried to post it in the trading post but discovered I was blocked... If I 'm correct I 'm stuck now to post 25 messages before posting it there????

Those 80 "lurkers" are slowing the forums down for all of us members. That's what it's about, trying to get them to really post, or stop lurking.
Of course, it's "very possible", but why to post for the only purpose... to post? Isn't more useful to have 25 posts including 10 torrent uploads, than posting totally worthless messages on Free 4 All? For example, look at the profile of kouji (hope he won't be angry with me because I'm using him as an example). You'll see: 55 "official" posts from 79(!!!) displayed when you'll search for all his posts, and almost everything about uploaded torrents. It seems to be a common "thing". It was posted on the Discussion on the vb3 upgrade, bug reports, etc. thread by Black Neighbour and by me, and seeing the case of kouji shown here, there are enough others having the same problem.
