Either the GC sucks at outputting thru an svideo signal or it's my cable, but it sucks.
See, it's kind of noisy. Any idea? :(

I tried using something else than Dscaler, same results. It's still better than composite, but it's ugly anyway. My PSX looks better than that. =/
