It is a great battle system, really makes it so every fight has some thought to it.

The worst part of the game isnt even the story, it is one character of the story....fuck him.

I spent very little time with it, but in that very little time it was really annoying. It had me go through a literal line, and fight with scripted enemies one by one. I felt like it's more like call of duty than an RPG with that amount of scripting and linearity. Granted, I had very little time with it, so Im not judging haha

I'm not a huge fan of the series for a lot of reasons, but XIII was one of the worst. Pointlessly long boss battles, a story you don't care about etc...
