That is a pain. When I was doing it, I had found every named spot, and got no achievement. I looked up common issues online, I WAS MISSING A HALLWAY. SERIOUSLY. A 20 FT LONG, LIKE TWO PERSON WIDE HALLWAY THAT HAS NO NAME. I JUST HAD TO RUN THROUGH IT AND I GOT IT.
