I recommend people check out a Japanese metal band called MUCC. They're awesome.
>_<
Never mind.
Oh right. What do you crazy kids think about Zeromancer? It's metal-ish, at least, and I've been enjoying it for a while.
Me too brotha! ..Except I never liked POD :wacko:Quote:

Don't take it too seriously, it's just a joke. None of us in the "band" are racist. Yeah, we don't call ourselves a band (at least not me), since we hardly ever play and we suck
I have a cover of a Nile song "Unas, Slayer of the Gods", I renamed it: "Anus, Layer of the Logs". (c) some dude at the Nile forums.
Never heard of Zeromancer. Will check out Carnage. Nihilist are pretty good Swedish DM too, they were the band before they changed their name to Entombed.
Cynic is the shit. They're not very similar to Atheist and Death because these guys are more experimental. Their only album Focus is simply amazing. Very technical jazzy riffage and such unique vocals. They hired Tony Teegarden to do the death metal vocals because Paul Masvidal was on the verge of losing his voice. On Focus, there's a very odd mix of both death metal vocals and clean ones done by Paul. And the clean ones have very weird effects on them that make it sound like a robot. Very weird but sounds great. Great band.Quote:

Oh yea I forgot to mention Autopsy, not that technical but old school death metal...
Cynic are a bit like Atheist (one or two members of Atheist went on to play in Cynic, I believe), but with a lighter, more artificial sound (although thats mostly from the production and the singers voice) and a more experimental song structures. They only put out one album, Focus, which is pretty damn good.Quote:

How the hell do you edit albums on Metal archives? I go to 'edit' and there's no options for me to edit/update! I'm gonna be fucking famous with this edit I'm doing :P I just registered too.
Edit: Ah, fuck it, I don't even care anymore :P All it was was the song 'Penetration' on Behemoth's Slaves Shall Serve EP. The name has it as a cover of 'The Nefilim' when it should be 'Fields Of Nephilim'
It makes me wonder why the fuck I cared in the first place :P
Unless you have acquired like 1000 points and your rank is veteran you can't edit information. You can ADD and report mistakes. But unless you have enough sufficient proof to correct the mistake, the mods are gonna be ignorant assholes and not do it. I swear man half of Necronomicon's discography have the incorrect tracklist. I showed them the link from classicthrash.org with the correct info as proof and they didn't do jack shit about it.
And Countess had 2 more members. I sent them the link from the official Countess website showing these 2 guys. This is 100% proof and of course they didn't add them...
Theo, VNV Nation and Solitary Experiments are awesome. Thanks.
