I have another psp-1001 that has stock firmware and a working memory card port. I'd just have to make a pandora battery and downgrade it to 5.00 so I can install M33 CFW. I just don't want to go through the effort. :wacko:

I'd almost rather take apart the one good one and swap the ports. :-P

@Milady i was right! :fist:

Although this was my first PSP-1001, and I bought it when they were fairly brand new. It's roughly about 6 years old. It was the one I used for all my iRshell testing through the years. So I've probably inserted and ejected a memory in this particular PSP tens of thousands of times.

have you tried blowing any dust out of the slot? i remember having to do that every time i used my PS1 or else it wouldn't read memory cards.

There wouldn't be any dust in the slot. The PSP has a removable cover protecting the slot from dust. As well as having it inside a hard case the whole time.

I'd like to see an Alice LP. I'm going to have limited funds for games for a while (more money means more expenses, apparently :wacko:) and Alice was one I had looked into purchasing when it was being discussed a little while back. Also, it's been far too long since I've watched any Gare LPs! ^_^

I've actually been talking to the DM during this afterparty and in his drunken stupor he spilled that if we endure the tutorial dungeon of the castle of Kinder Gartenia, we might be able to get enough XP to level up and gain admission into the Guild of Rhett'ro. Apparently its members are all wizard-types who invested heavily in intelligence, wisdom, Intuition, Deception and most important of all, Intimidation. They function as trainers for said skills, so I think there's still a chance for your character's build.

Just trying not to be confused here......

I might try to make time for it sometime. It's a fairly long game if you take your time, but I plan to blast through it quickly, if I ever do this. The gameplay is pretty standard platforming, so there's not much there to show off, but honestly, it's more like a sightseeing sort of game due to its great visual style. Which would be worth showing off in an LP.

Not to mention Alice has the sexiest hair physics ever, which is basically the equivalent of Thief 3's shadows if we consider how much I'd go on and on about it during an LP. :wacko:
