Those DSP adapters were actually kinda uncommon. Like sure you could order them, but few people did. Expansion memory too, not a lot of sticks of that, though last I checked Tototek was occasionally manufacturing some.
The SF7 *probably* has 32mb internal, with the expansion slot empty. The SF6 would have 16mb internal and 16mb in its expansion, and the SF3 had 16mb + 8mb. Of course variants are totally possible.

Oh yeah, and that parallel port was best off hooked up to an old laptop running ucon64. Sure having a CD add-on was cute, but fuck burning some incompatible rom and trying to sort that out, when you could run a PC and solve everything and push roms to the system.

I think ucon64 got patched to run on ubuntu or something like that, so you might not need an old laptop just a parallel to usb connection solution? :shrug:
But yeah an old laptop with parallel might be easier if you already have one.

The Expanse x-ray webisodes have been released.

Someone ported some basic Skyrim mods to PS4 as a modified update pkg and then shared it.
Mostly small cheat stuff, but includes 60fps boost.

And yeah there's only one save. This game autosaves your progress so my save is now fucked.

All of the above. Also setting global options. Core came with it and also had the ugliest crt type shader preloaded that I had to change.

Slow internet sucks, so I know how that goes. I wish I had 100mbps. Even 3mpbs would be a step up for me. Retroarch does suck.

I just use 100 now myself. Even though we got those new fibre lines. I just don't see the point of shelling out for a 1gb connection when that works perfectly fine for everything.

I was thinking about this over the weekend, how hard is it to replace the screen on a psp 2k.

I think I could get 8mbps but the cost is outrageous. Edit: Now the lowest plan on the site is "up to" 30mbps but it's still more per month. They hadn't upgraded all their towers the last time I saw plans were updated.

I have lower end DSL, so its slow. Even higher end DSL would be a step up for me. My friend recently got fiber optic internet, but he lives in the city. I live in the outskirts, so the speed I can get can only go up so much. Fiber isn't offered in my area... yet.

There's still some gunk that seems to be under the screen or an issue with the coating. It's hard to notice aside from brighter solid colors and hasn't changed for years so I'm not worried about it :shrug:.

I'm stuck with fixed wireless. Across the highway (still technically the same town) can get cable and such but my side isn't dense enough. ISPs will likely never lay cable unless someone shelled out the tens of thousands or however much they would want to gouge out of everyone for it.

No, it's attached via a couple ribbon cables. I believe the Vita is molded to the shell or something like that.

I've never had to replace a PSP screen. I did notice recently that the replacement screens don't seem expensive though.

Look at a guide on ifixit they have difficulty ratings.

The fucked up part is, all my ISP needs to do is swap out the ports to Cat-5 ports and then I can get fiber internet. I only get such slow speeds cause I'm now further away from the main office.

yeah it said it's "moderate" difficulty but the only thing to really mess up is the ribbon cable for the home bar. think I'll do a test tomorrow or thursday take the faceplate off my 2k and clean it and probably my 1k some of the buttons haven't been working as well as the used to on my 1k mostly just the down and right d pad the X and O buttons everything else works fine.

I'd do the 1K first. You can get the general idea (there a few additional steps for the 2K) and go from there.

Testing out a new build of Skyrim PS4 with over 50 mods (ported from PC) merged with update v1.17.

I disabled survival mode, but fast travel sometimes causes crash error. Had one soft lock so far :lol
Has a ton of stuff added, took me a little while to adjust to inventory menu changes etc :pwacko:

The fastest speed I can get in my area is 30mbps.

My sleeping pattern goes wonky now and then. Been like that for many years since I did 12 hour rotating shift work.
