What really irks me, is the fact I called me 5 times yesterday, after dealing with a 2 chinese dudes, one indian, one stupid blonde, and getting hung up on, and finally some dude helps me. He told me to call back after 1am on wednesday morning so I could get 800microsoft points. However, he left out the fact IT FUCKING CLOSES after 10 pm.
