Fire Warrior is a buggy game. Were you able to finish the first level? I ran the config tool on a VM and had to play through the first level on another machine.

Is the story in Republic Commando original? I don't like SW games that rely heavily on plot lines from the movies.

yeah I got through it fine I'm currently past the prison cell section. the higher rank officer enemies are really starting to piss me off though it takes dozens of rounds to kill them and if they get close to you they rip through your hp with their chainswords.
I don't know but I hope not I'm hoping it's like dark forces or shdow of the empire.

So apparently The Callisto Protocol has been refused classification in Japan due to violence etc, dev refused to make changes to re-submit... so the game is basically "banned" there :lol
