I changed some button mapping, strafe is now on left stick along with forwards and backwards. L1 & R1 are now turn.
This is on PS3 CFW so it's 720p and I've got smoothing on.

Most probably 2&3 as they were renamed 1&2 for western release.
The first one is Japan only and KF III Pilot Style is too, but both of those have English translations available.

started playing FO 3 I think the game is glitched I've been sitting at the goat test for a while now but nothing seems to be happening all I can do is look around.

Fallout and TES games can be buggy on PS3. Yeah the game has probably crashed, can you get to the XMB?
NV is much worse than 3 tho.

Best not to avoid the conversation with the other kids before the exam. I've seen the goat do what you're describing if you do avoid them.

I picked the wrong dialog option with the teacher.

You can skip the test completely, I do that just to save a little time for a new game.
