Okay, help me out.

My PSU specs, from a generic one (not good, get a better one, I know, this one does the job and I haven't gotten it overheated or the PC turning down or anything) the specs read
5 v cc - 40A
+12 Vcc - 16A
-12 Vcc - 0.8A
+3.3 Vcc - 14A
+ 5vsB - 2.5A

Now, most of those specs are in Spanish, but maybe you understand them better than I do. Which one is supposed to be 3.3v Int?

700W is way over the top?

I chose my uncle a 600W PSU (I don't remember the brand but it's a good one, and 80%+ efficient) and it's running a Core i5, 4GB RAM, HIS 5770 and 2x1TB HDDs.
