Guess I should run out and grab some groceries. bleh.
You can knock out DNF pretty fast.
LA Noire might be decent if you can get into it. I was getting bored to death .
The gameplay felt clunky and I was getting bored because of it. Not much else to say since I dropped it.
Maybe it wasn't built for PC to begin with?
I don't usually remember if PC versions are console ports, even with games I like and have read a bit about :thot: It's possible this was made for 360 originally but idk.
Controls are fine on 360 and PS3 anyway, I haven't played the PS4 version yet but I assume it's the same.
Anyway, it isn't a shooter and there's nothing really difficult about it. Maybe questioning is the only thing that could have any sort of difficulty
It wasn't difficult I just didn't like it.
That's sad.
I'm sure you wouldn't like plenty of games I enjoy. It is what it is .
Yeah I may get rid of that one, not a big fan of it either.
Pretty sure it's a console port and horribly optimized to boot. The game has random stuttering no matter what I do, not that I've tried too hard. Maybe it's just my PC not being good enough.
And again yeah not a fan either. Interesting concept but a little slow and clunky like you said not even counting pc issues. I got rather bored with it too. I'll keep it for now though actually.
I had a game of Demon's Souls where the game broke and I couldn't progress the prison tower .
:lmao:
I can live with 30 depending on the game but higher is always better. There's no reason why a 3D PC game should have locked framerate.
Console games shouldn't have shitty frame rates either. Games could easily have very high frame rates but companies are LAZY.
I'm not too fussy about framerate either, I'll run at 30 or variable or whatever works basically. As long as the gameplay is relatively smooth it makes no difference to me. Alot of the games I have it doesn't really matter too much. Think it gets a little crazy when I see people elsewhere complaining about not getting 100+ fps. Like for real?
I mean if I can run at 60 no problem I'll do it though.
It's funny how some games run like shit (L.A. Noir) and others like Dark Souls 2 that has higher requirements can run perfectly even at higher settings. For me anyways. Probably be better once I build a new PC.
Low frame rates have detracted from my enjoyment of some games. A console action game where there is massive slowdown and screen tearing? That's pretty unpleasant. I did beat that game though.
fart
If I can run a game at a "normal" speed and get 1080p I'm generally pretty happy.
It's still referred to as 24p regardless of the actual lower frame rate. Yes there is content that goes higher but 24 has always been and still is the standard.
In the case of this particular game it doesn't need a higher frame rate. Much like any film that would be a similar genre/setting.
I also realize I'm kinda playing both sides against the middle here :P
60 is nice for my COD games though.
Again it depends on the game. I can run Bioshock infinite at 30fps at 1080p and seems perfectly fine and that's an fps too.
