Those were the days. Although I only ever really get into Halo 2. By the time Halo 3 rolled around I was tired of Halo. Played for like a month and got bored.

Never really could get into Gears either, although I never actually owned it, so that might have had something to do with it. Being able to chainsaw bitches was awesome as fuck though. :wacko:

Also, that free Doritos Crash Course game on the XBLA is actually pretty fun. It's kind of sad when a free game is more engrossing than one that you actually payed for...

Gears is great for trolling, lots of RAGE worthy noob tactics.

1. Stand in a door way/around a corner where you know someone's coming, stay out of sight. As they come forward casually stroll out and chainsaw them in two. They'll either rage, or they'll rage quit mid chainsaw so you don't get your kill. xD

2. Sniping, if you get an active reload and then shoot someone in the arm, leg, whatever as long as it's not the head they get downed instantly. Keep active reloading them down and then listen as they rage.

3. Beat people down with the pistol/shotgun, then smoke grenade their body and then continue to casually hump them...

4. Crabwalk, really weird glitch where your body looks normal on your screen, but you're running as if you were holding down A, and on other people's screens your body is like all twisted and you're really hard to kill.

There are so many ways to troll Gears players. I played that game so much.

I can't go back to using a desktop computer daily now, I just love the portability of my laptop. I can use it wherever I want as long as I'm range of my router, whether it be the sitting room or in bed. :awesome:

Most people that played Gears of War were obsessed with recording their headshots and merging them into super gay montages. And they always showed off glitches as well. YouTube is riddled with them. :dread:

And yes yes it is. Crash Course they could've easily charged money for it's pretty damn good. Harm's Way is shit though. :wacko:

I agree, although I can't say I'm disappointed that it was free. Is it? I haven't played it yet, although I'm sure I'll end up playing it anyways since it's free. :P
