Yes, that kind.
Although increasing my stamina is on my to do list, not a fan of jogging for long periods of time.

Hmmm...I wish 1TB External Hard Drives cost less...I only have $50... T_T

To put what I did today simple:
Usual 1 hour and a half workout + kickboxing then ~30 minutes jog.:wacko:
