No game here can compete with the atrocity of a game known as Action 52. Some of you may have heard of this game through a comedic review on GameFaqs. Now after reading this review I downloaded this game out of the same curiousity that makes you slow your car down to see an accident. I must say, the time I spent playing this abomination is time I dearly want back. Action 52 took my soul and devoured it with bacon bits. You have been warned.

I think just what's meant by "Worst Game" should be clarified. Are we talking games that we just didn't like for one reason or another, or games that are just unplayable messes?
Most people have just been saying games that were bad, but not the worst ever.
sure, Quest 64 wasn't great, but it was OK.
