Final Fantasy 7 on my android!
Digimon World Re:Digitize
Gonna try out 2 games tonight:
Pandora's Tower on Wii
and
Silent Hill: Shattered Memories on Wii
Looking forward to both!
The forums seem to think that it's "Re:Digitize" - pretty much a glitch, fixed with the [ noparse] BBCode.
...
Anyway...
At the moment, I am playing Kingdom Hearts: 358/2 Days in an attempt to beat every skipped mission that I skipped - I was in a hurry to finish the game :wacko:
Soon as this download finishes I'll be playing the PS1 version of Gex 3. The last time I played this was when I was probably 13-14 and on the N64, should be interesting to see how into it I'm able to get 10 years later :)
Disgaea 1, going for my first 9999 :P
Working on a trophy run for Metal Gear Solid 4 right now. It's extremely time consuming because you have to obtain all animal ranks. I'm not typically a trophy collector..... but it's MGS.
Almost done with Panzer Dragoon Orta. Yes, the same short action game that I started in about March. I play games extremely slowly. :'D Absolutely fabulous, though, and well worth buying a cheap XBox for. The music is outstanding, the visuals have aged extremely well and still clobber most games out there in the art direction stakes, there are some lovely references back to Saga, and the gameplay, though quite simple, is super-satisfying, with some amazing boss fights. It's rare that I'll love every single installment of a series, but Panzer Dragoon pulled that off with aplomb. ^^;;; Looking forward to replaying the first game for the first time in years once I beat Orta and unlock it~ (coolest bonus ever, by the way! ^_^)
My only complaint would be that the difficult is a little bit erratic. I appreciated the challenge, but I took several tries to scrape through a number of the earlier levels and breezed through some of the later ones with A and B ranks on my first shot, which was kind of weird. :'D Still, it was a minor issue, and not at all one which diminished my enjoyment of the game. <3
Now I just have to work out how to get my hands on one of these: http://www.thewilloftheancients.com/...jpg?1317020424. Apparently only 500 made, though. ;__;
Infinite Space
This game does not fuck around. Jesus Christ, the first boss battle is a complete bastard.
Aladdin (SNES)
Childhood memories GO!
Fushigi no Gensoukyou Chronicle
My laptop runs this game slow as utter crap BUT I am dealing with it!
Lemme see. Right now, I'm playing Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword. All I can say is that I hate the Fun Fun Island minigame.
Growlanser IV: Wayfarer of Time. First game in the series I ever tried, so I have no expectations. But apparently it's pretty good. It's had kind of a slow start with the usual JRPG clichés, but I won't judge it based on the first 2 hours alone. And I'm really digging the art style.
An RPG series I haven't played any of and still want to get into someday. ^^;;;
More Zero no Kiseki. Just finished the first proper chapter, and my game timer is already at sixteen hours. Just like its precursors, long game is looooong. Especially if your reading speed in Japanese is not that of a native speaker. ^_^ So awesome, though. It feels a little weird going back to slow, sleepy mysteries akin to Sora no Kiseki FC's opening acts after the world-shaking events and confrontations in SC, but it's quite fitting given that this is in a distant area of the world with an entirely new (and largely green) group of heroes. And watching them gradually grow in stature as heroes as the ominous goings on behind the scenes build to what will surely be an explosive end is quite satisfying. ^^;;; Whether or not the story will reach the same heights as the one told across FC and SC remains to be seen, but the writing is certainly at its usually high level so far~!
So far, I would say that I don't like the four lead party members nearly as much as I liked nearly all of the main characters in Sora, but I think that might be a question of nostalgia as much as quality, and all four are very loveable in their own way. ^^;;; I'm also not really fond of the new character artist. The designs for new cast members are nice, for the most part, but some of the redesigns are a bit funky. Joshua, in particular, just isn't as dreamy as he used to be. Gutted. D: Still, a minor quibble~
Also, I'm loving all the references to Sora so much! I spent nearly 180 hours with the Sora cast in their area of the world, so seeing them again or hearing events from the earlier games mentioned is like being reunited with old friends. ^^;;; Was happy at the early return of a certain purple haired character again in particular. And apparently the world now has a swordsman who outstrips Loewe and the mighty Cassius in terms of ability? This could get interesting. ^^;;;
Oh, and the fab music continues. JDK fall into the same trap as Sakuraba sometimes in that a lot of their battle themes sound very, very similar. But it's all so badass that I don't care. ^_^
Because of very helpful members on here (they know who they are) I am playing Phantasy Star Online
I kinda want to have a full Emuparadise party, but that's wishful thinking, but the game has somehow aged well.
Sideway (PS3)
and Saints Row 2. (PS3.)
Pretty soon, TF2.
Digimon World: Dawn.
Because:
(1) I don't know anything about Digimon and thus it's a valuable way of learning what it is.
(2) I'm bored.
I think I played that when I was around 6 years old, but my father decided to try and fix a computer using Aladdin, which rendered it useless -_-
I don't know if you know or not, but you can play Panzer Dragoon through Orta without unlocking it. You can use a file browser (There will be one in the dashboard you installed when you softmodded), browse the disc (I'm assuming you're playing an original copy, or is it on your hard drive?) Either way, browse the contents of the game, there's a folder called extras or something along those lines, containing the original game. Simply launch its XBE file and it loads up without unlocking it. You can even copy its folder to your E:\Games folder if you wish, and play it whenever you like, without Orta. :D
EDIT: (On topic)
I'm currently bouncing between Dirt and Forza 4 on the 360. I have the championships left to do in Dirt and I've just started Forza 4. And man, it's good.
Guilty Gear XX #reload. Soon going to clear all of the arcade endings for each character.
Spelunky. Until around midnight GMT+2.

Mass Effect 2 (PC)
I Have No Mouth and I Must Scream (DOS)

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
Just about to start playing through Bioshock. I've not played it since it came out way back in 2007. Couldn't tell you why, it's a fantastic game.
Super Mario 3D Land for 3DS and Tony Hawk's Pro Skater HD for Xbox 360.
Castlevania: Portrait of Ruin.
Trying to figure out how to NOT get a Game Over after that Stella and her sister boss.
So confusing... -_-
The Saboteur, it's alright as a game, I'll beat it because I feel like I MUST beat every game I buy but it has nothing spectacular and I would probably not recommend it to anyone.
Been playing a lot of Sega Saturn today. Played Darius Gaiden and Hyper Duel already. Currently playing Batsugun, after that I might have to play some Radiant Silvergun. Some good Shoot 'Em Up fun from the 'ole Sega Saturn. :D
Was a bit disappointed a bit earlier though. My DoDonPachi disc isn't working anymore. It's a ten year old CD-R though, so what did I expect. :wacko:
Soul Blade
