I always get a rash after shaving if I scratch my face. My face is ALWAYS itchy after shaving though. :(

Shave with the grain. Only make one pass. It'll look like shit, but it won't itch or be irritated. Shave again the next day, following the same rule. Eventually, it'll actually work.
