On the Rain-Slick of Precipice Darkness: Episode One
About over an hour in. It's very funny but the battle system is surprisingly challenging. I'm very impressed, can't wait to play two and then try three later. That one got another team on it, but a good team. Loved Cthulhu Saves the World, can't wait to see their take.
Donkey Cong Country SNES
The rapidly approaching awesomeness of Nayuta no Kiseki made me remember to catch up on the two titles in the series I hadn't played yet. So I began Zero no Kiseki today. ^_^ Only a couple of hours in so nothing particularly insightful to say, but so far it seems like more of the same. Which is to say super-good~! Characters are all complete anime archetypes, but they're very likeable, and knowing Kiseki they'll grow a great deal as it goes on. And the setting is different enough to Sora's to be interesting, but not so different that it feels unconnected to its predecessors. Awesome music is awesome, too. Though given that it's Falcom, that's no surprise. :3
Wish I was playing the Vita version with full voices, though. :'D I've had to look up more words in my dictionary in the first four hours of this than I had to in the whole of Final Fantasy VII. さすが軌跡〜
This is just something I've been curious about, but do you need to play through all the Kiseki games in a fixed order to be able to make sense of them? Is there some sort of continuity? Sure, I know FC and SC and 3rd are connected, but I've mostly been wondering about Ao, Zero and Nayuta. Because it doesn't seem like they have any of the previous protagonists.
On-topic, roughly 10 hours into Tsumugareshi Hyakunen no Toki now. The game is still fine-ish. Not a masterpiece, but still.
Second and 3rd pretty much require that you play the previous ones, as you said (Second because its story is so strongly interwoven with First's, and 3rd because it's just fan service and side stories, and isn't particularly interesting unless you know the characters). As for Zero and Ao, the two run together directly in much the same way as FC and SC. And my friend said that there are lots of cameos of Sora characters and plot points, and that the stories of the Sora arc and Zero arc interweave quite nicely in lots of ways as they go on. He said that while Falcom were right in saying that you didn't need to play Sora to jump into Zero, it was highly recommended.
Nayuta looks very far removed from the others stylistically and gameplay-wise, and is a massive prequel in the timeline. It's also the first game in the Kiseki sub series to drop the "Legend of Heroes" bit. So I'm guessing it's going to be fairly peripheral to the main series. Will still probably be lots of nods, though, given that they've given it the Kiseki name rather than marketing it as a separate title. ^^;;;
Tales of Game's Presents Chef Boyardee's Barkley, Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden, Chapter 1 of the Hoopz Barkley SaGa
Yes, it's a real game. It's pretty awesome. A single chicken finger can heal everything.
Me and my friend are playing saints row the third.
i got Naranja to work finally.
looking for Chaos Black, and ShinyGold
Adventures To Go! on PSP... got a feeling I'm not gonna stick with it. Kinda under-whelming. It's an RPG with all the level grinding and none of the real questing or scenery. Meh.
Heavy Rain
Kinda stupid you gotta install it before you can play it.
am playing kingdom hearts II final mix ,old but...

Zelda Majora's Mask on emu (should b...fun), Tales of Phantasia PSX version (awesome stuff), Mario Party DS, FF12 Revanant Wings.
So I've been playing Arkham City and liking it quite a bit. It has everything I loved about AA except on a grander scale. Catwoman is surprisingly fun to play, too. Can't wait to free roam as her after the main story's done.
Arkham City comes with the XBox i'm looking at. hate to think what i'll miss if i can't get it. i need to do something that forces my parents to let me buy it.
Well, it's not only on Xbox. It's on PS3 and PC as well.

Professor Layton and the Curious Village- It's a game where you solve mysteries and puzzles. This one is about an inheritance and a mysterious clock tower.
