How far are you with Enslaved now? I didn't play it today, but I'm up to chapter 7 on hard difficulty.

I'm on chapter 8 on Hard. Just got the trophy for half of the tech orbs, but I'm missing a few in each level (most of them are 90% or above complete, with the exception of Chapter 5, where I apparently missed a couple of stashes. That's only at 70%). And I've found.. 75% of the masks up until this point. Missed a couple here and there. :( But I'll have to go back and find all of the tech orbs anyways, so not a big deal.

I was using a guide at the beginning, but found that I wasn't enjoying the game as much 'cause I was pausing every few minutes to check where shit was. So I'm just going to go through and enjoy it for now, then I'll come back later and use a guide to find all the orbs. And while I'm in the middle of that, I'll grab the remaining masks.

Also, have fun with the giant ass mech battle in Chapter 8. It's giving me a few problems at the moment. Fucking brawlers. :fist:

Yeah I heard about a horrible difficulty spike around about that point. I've been upgrading my stuff as said in the guide at PS3trophies.org though, so hopefully I don't have too much trouble with it...

I upgraded my stuff using the same guide, but I'm well beyond the point of that guide so far. Basically just been updating melee stuff. Although my main complaint, at the moment, is that it doesn't tell you how to use some of those special things that you purchase. At least, as far as I've seen. It keeps telling me my Focus Attack is ready, but I have no idea how to unleash it. :lol Or what it even does.

I use guides for collecting. That's really about it. The rest of the game I play through on my own. In particular puzzles. If you can't solve a puzzle, you don't deserve to go onto the next level. :sad-no:

Also, I can see why you associated it with Prince of Persia 2008. Plays a similar way, with better fighting designs.

Reminded me of Fist of the North Star as well. I saw a second trailer that had futuristic backgrounds, I was kinda disappointed. Gameplay still looks to be very fun.
