Probably makes zero sense weird.

Spoiler warning:
Get on with what? I read the whole show is going to be like that
I don't think I could watch it based on the few odd comments I've read and seeing screenshots, but I guess I'm not into the superhero stuff really anyway. I have been more drawn to it in the past because of the sci-fi aspect.
Speaking of 1950's...
There was an interesting ashtray that I found at work when sifting through donations.
I guess you could say it was racist black Americana sort of thing (?). African "bust" caricature, neck was hollow, lips/mouth sticking out forming a slight tube with hole. You sit the cigarette down at the base and the smoke rises up through the neck (it's like a chimney) and comes out the mouth :pwacko:
Had nice mix of colours in the glaze though, no chips or anything. Should be getting sent off to the ebay shop and might end up as an auction listing.
Ashtray. Can't help but think of the second Quest for Glory where the dude wants to sell you an ashtray that would be good as a Mothers day present or something and says "let you know what you think of her" lololololol
Old game.
Emptying recycle bin, heaps of tiny files :bored:
So apparently Batwoman is black now  I guess it shouldn't be a surprise what with everything that has happened with tv shows etc in recent times, it seems to be getting really out of hand now.
Still lesbian though like in S1.
As I've said before I'm not into comics, so is this different to the comics :?
Come join the next episode of "how emulators work" with your host Zaladane. Sigh.
poop?
I like to poop sure. Nothing like a dildo sized shit sliding out from your ass.
:PP
Too much? :revwacko:
I had such a big poop yesterday for moment I thought I'd given birth to a brown baby.
*fart*

The Super Famicom I got that was thrown in for free with a bundle of other stuff I bought actually works fine :lol
Also, I found a local selling Metal Gear NES cart + ninty sleeve only. Had it listed as NTSC, it's actually PAL A Italian cart. Language is all English like the UK or Aussie carts.
Got it ridiculously cheap considering how much these sell for locally now :pwacko:
I'll post a list of this haul in game purchases soonish, just need to test a couple of NGC games...
Welcome back Moana. The Super Famicom is pretty cool. I wish we in North America got the colorful buttons, instead we got purple and lavender colored buttons. At least the controllers are universal, you can use either region controller on whatever region SNES/SFC. Although the cord on the Super Famicom controller is pretty short.
The cord and the connectors on both ends are universal. So you can buy both controllers and swap the cords (the AsciiPad uses the same internal connector, so you can easily extend its short cord too). Also IIRC you could swap the colored buttons, I think they had the same tab layouts, you'll find markings inside SNES controllers indicating where the colored buttons should be stuck in...
Hmm, Donald Trump for his second term?
Spoiler warning:
NTSC NES controllers don't work on PAL NES.
SNES/SFC controllers are all interchangeable, even PAL.
Technically you can use NTSC NES controllers on Famicom but you need to wire them up. Some people cut the Famicom controller cable and wire up NES female sockets to them... usually controller extension cables.
I was talking about the SNES/Super Famicom, but yeah I figure there would be some differences with the NES and PAL NES. Aren't the PAL and NTSC NES basiclly the same though? Weird controllers aren't universal, but older hardware, I guess.
The Famicom got colored cartridges, but we got grey colored cartridges, except for the gold Zelda ones and a few boot-leg colored cartridges, lol.
There a 2 types of PAL NES consoles. Regions A and regions B. The carts are not interchangeable with those either, physically they are but you need to disable the lockout chip (10NES chip).
UK, Australia and Italy are PAL A. I'm not sure which Euro countries are PAL B, I avoid those carts anyway.
US NES has lockout chip as well. Famicom consoles are true region free, no lockout chip.
PAL NES has different CPU, PPU & crystal.
I have one famicom cart here, 10 Yard fight, which is Irem white with a working red led :)
Yeah the famicom carts are nice, different colours and shapes/moulds too.
Famiclones are usually hybrid PAL type (not true PAL they use famicom clone PPU/CPU with incorrect timings) but play NTSC and PAL. Some famiclones are true NTSC but they are less common.
Most famicones are NOC (aka glob top) but there are some older discrete famiclones, mostly Taiwanese made afaik. I have a Polish discrete famiclone which is made in Taiwan :)
I totally should've bought some of those yellow NES test carts when they were available for sane prices.

I have one black NES PAL cart. Old not a newer Chinese bootleg...

Interesting, I didn't know PAL had stuff like A and B regions. I usually just stick with NTSC or NTSC-J since I'm based in America. Though with the PS3 and PS4 being region free, I do have a couple of games from region asia, which I think is region 3 when it comes to DVDs/Blu-rays. I know NTSC runs at 60Hz, while PAL runs at 50hz, not sure if that has changed in recent times.
Xbox One/PS4 everything is the same. Some earlier platforms there are differences but sometimes not.
Eg some Wii Pal games are 60Hz compatible, it is clearly visible on the back of the cover.
As for the whole 50 vs 60Hz what it boils down to is bad region conversions.
PAL pre HD has a higher resolution which is actually better instead of some extra lower quality frames.
If say, an NES game was built and released by a Euro dev optimised for PAL then obviously any straight NTSC port would be terrible.
It's just that most of those sort of games were built for NTSC and poorly ported over to PAL format, hence why they are "bad".
Look at C64 games. There are loads of PAL games released on tape but I'm not sure all of them got NA release.
Try to play a PAL C64 game on NTSC C64 :lol
I believe PAL C64 has more cycles per frame. Some people mod NTSC C64 and swap in the components to turn them into PAL machines
Ah yes, The C64 and Amiga were more popular in PAL regions or so I've read. At least with the power of emulation I was able to play them. Amiga had some real good games. Although I think the C64 had sorta of a cult following in the U.S./NSTC regions.
