Finally got around to watching the Robocop reboot. As a fan of the old ones, I expected it to be a garbage nostalgia cash in, and it still doesn't match up to the first one in my opinion, but it was actually pretty good.

:D bladerunner. :P
Lifeforce (1985) International Cut aka Director's Cut.
Bit of a weird sci-fi flick if you've never seen it.Spoiler warning:
Patrick Stewart is in it although he doesn't have a huge part.
I have watched it a couple of times before but wasn't sure if I'd ever seen the full version but now I definitely have, and in 1080p.
X-men Apocalypse. Again. I'm still just really torn on this movie. I wanna love it I really do
They need to do something still grim yet light-hearted at the same time. We all know who the next possible villian will be but let's switch things up and do a great Mojo movie with our current roster with just the two obvious X-men additions and brand new plethora of villians.
Of course said villain reveal at the end of the movie could of course employ the Marauders or Nasty boys or combination thereof for a movie. Sabertooth being a great choice working for ???????
Predestination (2014).
I recently watched Star Trek: TNG. It was kewl.
The Titan Find (1985)...some people might know it as "Creature".
Had seen this before at least once but only a bad 4:3 version that has been kicking around for many years iirc.
This time I watched (in 720p) the proper uncut widescreen version which I believe the director released in 2013.
Widely regarded as an alien ripoff flick, it is interesting to note that Robert and Dennis Skotak did special effects for this movie.
Some of the music in this film is interesting too imo.
Natural Born Killers (1994)
Pulp fiction (1994)
Ahh to be 16 again!
Star Wars: The Force Awakens
It was A New Hope remake. I hate remakes.
The Giver
I haven't read the book in something like 20 years so my memory isn't the best, but it seemed like a... better adaption than I was expecting when I first heard about it.
Batman: The Killing Joke (2016)
Really good. I'm primarily a Marvel fan but DC really does trump them when it comes to their little animated movies. Better than the last couple of live action outings that's for sure. Seriously, check it out. A little more adult vs the regular Saturday morning fare ;)
4/5
I recently checked out Fury for a second time and it's a pretty good war movie. Its still weird seeing Shia LeBouf in it though lol.
Criminal
Ghost Busters
Ghost Busters 2
Ghost Busters (2016), meh.
Secret Life of Pets
The Crow (1994)
One of the best comic-book movies I've seen. Brandon Lee portrays the character really good
The movie is much better than the Salvation one, probably the best among the rest of the remakes
Event Horizon
Hellraiser in space. Not really a big fan of horror and gore films, so... meh...
Suicide Squad.
Tries hard to be dumb, mindless fun but fails most of the times. Nowhere near as good as other non-serious superhero movies like Guardians of the Galaxy or Deadpool. Very disappointing Joker :/
Digimon Adventure Tri: Confession
A pretty deep part of the Tri series.
Star Trek Beyond.
I.D.

Earth vs The Flying Saucers (1956).
GOG (1954).
Too Late The Hero (1970).
When Trumpets Fade (1998).
Capsule (2015).
Anthropoid (2016).
kingpin.
can't believe the fucked it scene, and the hallucination woody has in his car, the rear view mirror, that scruffy bastard and her tunguey bit...:puke:Code:http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0116778/
scruffy indeed, on many levels...:P
I watched the Star Wars prequel trilogy again a few days ago.
They were somehow even worse than I recalled them. I suppose a few years will make memories fade...
Assault on Precinct 13.
Equilibrium
For a society of people using a drug to not have emotions, there were several people who just openly showed them. And also it had a big dumb action ending that was shit.
My War (2016).
Ed Wood (1994).
Not a movie but a documentary. "Where to invade next" by micheal moore.. also about to watch "before the flood"
Recently watched The Rainmaker by Francis Ford Coppola. One of the best movie adaptions of John Grisham's books.
Watched Rebirth dl from PB. This is so going to be a cult movie.
This week I watched Pan (2015) and Ghostbusters (2016).
Both were utterly terrible movies and a waste of my life.
It was Halloween and I wanted to have nightmares :pwacko:
Just watched The Accountant.
Critics Consensus: The Accountant writes off a committed performance from Ben Affleck, leaving viewers with a scattershot action thriller beset by an array of ill-advised deductions.
Personally I just found it 'too involved' and hard to follow. Rarely a movie makes me switch off because it is a bit too complicated for its own good.
