Thanks. I never thought I'd find myself in a situation where I'm split between two beautiful ladies. This was never something I'd had mapped out in my mind. My main issue is that I am the manager of girl #2 at work and if it was found out I don't know what the consequences would be. Not pretty, I would imagine.

Yes, this one can have ugly consequences. I haven't been in your shoes in a little over a year, but I am kinda in a similar situation now (only kinda because #2 lives a couple hours south of us and gas prices and reasons prevent me from visiting her).

As you are her manager, you have two options really: continue with Solid Snake-tier stealth and caution, or break it off. Now, should you choose to continue, you absolutely must resign yourself to dealing with whatever consequences might arise should you be found out. Should you decide to break it off, you have to do it in person, and make it convincing. Make her feel like it would be best for both of you to stop getting it in. If you have an option, I would hook her up with someone you know to make it not as hard to handle at work.
