I've been playing Skyrim today, with horseback spellcasting mod. Attacking on horseback with melee weapons and healing yourself as well as your horse without having to dismount adds a knightly flavor that makes combat more magical to begin with. There used to be a horseback archery mod a few years ago on console, I can't find it for PC. Thing is Skyrim horses are not fast enough to use Mongol style so I hadn't used it on PC, you can make horses faster with mods but Mongol horses are not heavy war horses so it's not realistic or accurate.
oblivion has horse riding as well and in the half dozen or so times I played it I've only ridden a horse twice. once was the first time I played it on pc I accidently stole the horse. I think the second time was on ps3 I think I rode it around a bit since I never really did it before.Quote:

Skyrim horses are very useful because of their carrying capacity compared to other Tamriel mounts. Heavy armor is best in a battle where stealth won't work such as all-out war missions, which has a higher carry weight and you might become overburdened with loot, horses allow you to fast travel while encumbered when you mount them. Every Skyrim merchant character should invest in a horse and so should knight in heavy armor types.Quote:

I've been thinking about it for the last couple days when I finish my "good" play through of FO2. I'm doing an evil one(and cheat) I've really been wanting to kill all those stupid annoying fucking kids in the game, addicts and all those dicks in vault city there's probably more that I'll want to kill by the end(like the mobsters in new reno).

Without any heavy machinery or construction equipment, in secret like Ed Leedskalnin did. I studied his theories and would like to apply them in practice. It's supposedly incomprehensible in writing but I understand it enough to attempt replicating his methodology. There are geomagnetic forces in my area found nowhere else on the planet which make moving megaliths with simple tools possible. He explained or tried to in a book which is only esoteric because it draws on knowledge that predates modern science. The ancients were in many ways more advanced than we are now and had a deeper, clearer understanding of natural forces in the cosmos.

Conversely, Wolverine and Dr. Doom are already my preferred comic book protagonist and antagonist respectively with Deadpool as the antihero who is Wolverine's fellow Canadian Weapon X colleague, so choosing them in a Capcom fighting game was a no-brainer even before I learned the MvsC team fighting system. Ryu as their Capcom teammate was another no-brainer.

By the way, in Street Fighter II the highest priority move is not the dragon punch. It's E. Honda's light punch button sumo headbutt, counters everything and even goes through fireballs when timed correctly.

Can't go wrong with Cable, he is OP and combining him with Hulk and Zangief is damage central tactically. My choice of team revolves around a 99% damage interrupt hyper combo only Doom, Ryu amd Wolverine can pull off.
