The first problem we had was one box would kick the other off. I think the TCP and TCP&UDP setting fixed that. The problem now is that my son was impatient, and couldn't wait for me to get home today and fix it, which I did.

Now he's trying to fix the problem he created.

Has you tried rebooting the router yet? That normally will resolve most connection errors.
