What knowledge is availible in Canadian schools? I swear, your education system sounds worse by the hour...
Oh yeah, and no one here really cares about the EU, that's why too. :P
It shouldn't!Quote:

I don't think it's really necessary to describe how horrendous education is over here... I had many more advanced classes back in Spain, as well as history/social studies classes that weren't 75% bullshit(and not solely focusing on one country's history), but even so my school was plagued by countless ignorant xenophobes...
(cut out from edited post, yada yada)
Well it does, each state sets its own standards.
Edit: Soeru, that is why I'm in this http://www.ibo.org/ibo/index.cfm
while i was in school in the states,
i got suspended for correcting a teach
teach said 'smoke evaporates'
dino said 'i think youll find smoke dissapates(spelt wrong im sure)'
teach'shut the hell up'
dino'dude vapour evapourates'
teach 'go to the office'
3 day in schooolsuspension
school in the states is more like teachers baby sitting kids,
teaching them the odd wrong fact ery once in a while
Somebody was mentioning the fact German has long sentences. It's just the way some words are said. Word conjunctions are used heaps more. Mitgebracht (I think the a has an umlaut, but I'm no German keyboard) means "brought with" for example.
Hottentottenpotantetanteattentat means "an attempted assination on the Aunt of the chief of the Hotten Totten tribe".
Also, fuck the EU.
Fuck the US education system.
For that matter, fuck EVERY education system.
Heh, so damned true. It's a fucking chickenhouse over here, and I'm in 12th. But I'm sure you must've said something else to get that asshole of a teacher to kick you out of class. ;)Quote:

The sooner everyone realises public education is should be about learning, not teachin, the better. I'm not going to read the last few pages though to find out why people are talkin aboot schools :P
I like the EU ideas of offering easy trades between countries etc. but it should stay the fuck out of telling goverments how to run their country, or anything that generally should be left to that countries powers-that-be.
The country's end up doing whatever the fuck they want, they may just be excluded from this 'rich man's club' if they don't all do the same.Quote:

Seriously, the EU has some bad ideas. For one, the French wanted to rule the whole of Europe. I'm sorry, but the day that i'm ruled by some Frenchie is the day that i commit suicide.
Good evening to you all.
Someone needs to pry himself off of Schutzstaffel's pants~
I'm afraid he's permanently attached.
