I used pencil to make the form and used bit of the waterpen tool to blur it abit. and went over it again on a different later a few times to make the glow effect.

Also, mangapage I made as a test to improve from my lazy style of panelwork. (read left to right and it has no text)
Also a big image so don't freak out.
