This guy has a serious back injury from a car accident twenty years ago, and showing up for him is entirely dependent on how he feels when he wakes up.
For some reason, my manager insists on putting him on morning shifts. Like, he's the first person there in the morning.
He rarely shows up for them.

Back when we used to make our own ground pork, we would also eat the test sample we had to cook to figure out the fat percent. :wacko:

And he smokes a lot of pot. It was a pretty crippling injury that he had. The job is just a bit too hard on his body.
