And if you lpay it on a HDTV (720p+), it will just be all stretched out and pixelated.

from what i hear it scales it and does all kinds of cool stuff that the PS2 cannot and makes it so much better than it was on the PS2

i can't/ i'm on the reviewer list for the Wii U and Xbox 360's are cheapish. my grandma has a PS1 she want's to get rid of, and the 3DS i can also get for reviews.

Well it's a bit different there.
You can't just rope a player from outside to play a match or two.
But you can play a few matches while emulating it on a client.
