The best kind of peanut butter just has peanuts. It's still high in calories though, so you shouldn't be eating much of it at all unless, maybe, you're trying to build some mass :thot: :shrug:
Even the stuff labelled "low sugar/salt" may still contain additives.

Isn't Coursera one of those hack online degree programs that don't amount to shit? I don't know where you live, but a background check by a good company will expose that shit.
