Nope.
Full Throttle! Man, I want to play that again! *wonders if it's been made abandonware*

Argh, more hints.
man, there were like 20 games guessed between that hint and you last post! SOMEone got close though... argh...
Battletoads and double dragon?
Nope.
Another hint: It was released on two systems.
gosh dang... I can't remember any old games that were released on multiple systems other than frogger! And that was like 25 years ago! Hmm.... TMNT II? Those graphics look better than that.. but... psh...
Was it ONLY two systems (:
It looks like the cavern in the first city of Soul Blazer where there are wood platforms everywhere....or maybe some place in Illusion of Gaia.
So far as I know, yes.Quote:

lol, well shoot....
looks like you bested me this round :P
It probabley doesn't help that the screen-shot I worked with doesn't show anything that is terribly specific to the game in question, but I really didn't feel like playing into to more than I had to.
I'll guess Warcraft. I don't know what all that got released on, but PC and something else I'd think. Anyways, recap the hints.
It was released on two systems.
It's a style of game that isn't as popular as it used to be. Damn changing trends...
Younger forum members may not know of this game.
The company that made this has only made games of the same/similar genre.
So I'm thinking an RPG or an RTS, I don't know what he considers 'younger' Blizzard, Squaresoft, Enix seem like good ones to fit the second and fourth hint. Really hard to say though. It also seems implied this game wasn't obscure by his first post... but nobody has guessed it, so who knows....
Well, I may have thought this game came out earlier than it did... but, still, there are some pretty young members here (13 and under) and I'd assume they'd be unlikely to have played it... but who knows?
So, yeah, don't bank on it being a real old game...
Sorry =)
Final Fantasy 2? Perhaps those are houses I see, on a street of sorts. And FF2 was released on two systems. But Origins was released recently, so I think that's wrong. I'll have to stick with something in the SNES/Genesis era.... Phantasy Star III?
FF2 was also released on the Wonderswan ;)
