Yeah, a lot of N64 games have aged badly but there's still some great stuff on there. Majora's Mask, DK64, Goldeneye, Conker's Bad Fur Day etc.

Those are really the only ones I even play.I wish I had CFB though. All of the really popular 64 titles are basically the 64 library. :P

$60 actually isn't a terrible price for that. It's a little bit high for what I would want to pay, but not unreasonable. You could probably get one off eBay in the $45-$55 range on a lucky day.

NES and N64 were the two main (ie: only) systems I owned growing up. We had the NES until the N64 came out. They were the only two systems I ever rented games for, and thus was exposed to a wide range of games for the platform. About the only SNES games I ever played as a kid were Super Mario World and Mega Man X, so they're the only two I really give a shit about. :lol I have many fond memories of the NES and N64. I've been buying Gamecube games as well mainly because Dallas likes playing them with me, and it has (in my opinion) two of the best Zelda games ever on for it. :wacko:

Yeah, I really only buy loose games unless it's something I desperately want a boxed copy of. I just pack everything away and leave the cartridges out.

I'd say there's a decent sized list of games that I really enjoyed for the N64. I owned a SNES and PSX growing up, but my dad gave my SNES away when I was still pretty young. MMX was the only game I owned anyway. :P

This. I still have the mint Gold OOT case and Mario 64 case. All the other games I own I got when I bought the 64.

Searching tells me 387 counting JP exclusives (and I thought the Dreamcast just shy of 700 was small :wacko: ). I did know it's small because I've seen some 100% US collections for sale.

It's always been pretty brutal complete. A while back I got a good condition cart only for $13 (that's now long gone).
