ePSXe and PJ64 work really well. PCSX2, not so much. I tried SotC first, which is probably not the greatest of ideas. I should try a lighter PS2 game before throwing in the towel.

How fast is your CPU, Sprung? I'm at 2.9 Ghz and even I'm getting slowdowns in the more demanding games (tried FFXII, SoTC and Rogue Galaxy).

Lighter games like Kingdom Hearts works well at 60 FPS. Too bad I don't want to play fucking Kingdom Hearts. :wacko:

My video card is pretty bad...Radeon HD 4350

I had an Intel E2140 (very very old slow dual core) at 1.6GHz, 2GB RAM and a 9800GT.

I think if the CPU had've been a E4500 or something I'd have probably scraped 45-60 FPS on PS2 games...

Yeah, I only really use PCSX2 when I can run shit perfectly, and at full speed. If it slows down, I'll just play on my PS2. That's what it's there for. :wacko:
