Are you playing a slightly less legal than normal version? :wacko: I have the same problem with the Unleashed release. Just don't finish the level, open up the menu and load something else when you get to the ending elevator.

Nope. Didn't work.
My last avatar was transparent after Polobunny took it and re-transparencied it. :| Maybe EP isn't compatible with how GIMP makes transparent images or something.

No, you can't save in a dungeon. I shoud really just take Elk and go around opening all the monster portals, level him up, and get the Ronan Blades, exit the field, save in town, re-enter the field and go to the dungeon.

He's just so useless...it's like he dies on purpose.
