Just read a big Tme article on the whole harassment thing going on. I'm sure peeps have heard about the Weinstein stuff.
Being a dude I can't help but wonder how far is too far. They bring it up briefly in the article - doesn't matter what it is or what publication but they always seem much too one sided is that what happens when someone cries wolf just to get back at a man just because they don't like the work given or whatever. Or if a dude just checks a woman out, and not talking about leering. I see girls check out guys all the time.
Are people going to push this until men have to walk around with their heads down all the time and avoid their women coworkers completely unless absolutely necessary? I'm not defending anything I just consider myself to be completely objective (ahem irl) and take the other side of any argument to raise points and get a better whole picture.
I could go on but bleh.

Like many things related to male domination in the past, what happens now is generally overcompensation. Ok so it isn't just about males and females but all sorts of things.
The way things were is an excuse to swing the opposite way and some of it doesn't seem balanced now.

Also got L.A. Noir on ye olde PC. Just went so far as completing the first desk last night - basically a tutorial section. Having weird problems configuring the game though. Settings set lower that should have an improvement having the reverse effect and so on. It's really weird. According to compatabilty recomendations I should be able to run it on mid-high at 1080p. The manual doesn't have removal instructions but it shouldn't be too tricky to inverse the Intel install steps. Looks like an allen wrench/hex key is needed for some of it. Best of luck, I'm off for now :wav:.

They're all fairly decent these days :shrug:.
At least for Intel boards. I imagine most of the kinks have been worked out for the BIOS on the AMD side at this point. I haven't checked since I pushed off a new build until Ice Lake and Zen 2 roll around. Also hoping Samsung and the gang will stop gouging everyone for memory by that time :lol.
