Nope. It's 8 hits per encounter, but Labyrinth only involves a chase. I didn't count the number of hits scored in that fight (because 8 is possible, but not necessary), so the number is likely different. 41 are definite (including the final hit after Final Zone), but Labyrinth is variable.

EDIT: My bad, I forgot Foggy actually scored the full 8 hits on Labyrinth, so 49 hits is correct.
