hey man if im outdoors i have every right to smoke where ever i want and if u dont like it u can leave
indoors is a diffrent issue which i respect the right of the establishment's ban on smoking indoors
but it also depends on what kind also cuz there are someplaces where people should have a smoking area

In fact i have never seen a smoker that is rude about it. They usualy keep to themselves while they enjoy their cig unless someone starts bitching at them about it
seriously man i mean when im with people i askem like a million times if its ok to smoke by em even when they let me and i always put it out if it bothers them
