Does anyone know how to rip a PSX on a Mac?
And please don't tell me to get a PC or Windows machine.

Hey all, can someone help me out with Project 64? It says it can't find the plugins whenever I try to run a ROM. Also whenever i start it says it can't initialize the HAL somethingorother.

There are .dll files in the plugins folder, so i don't know what it's griping about...

Go to options settings and make sure all the plugin's are correct.

Nope although it does seem to be able to read DVD-RW's it will even read DVD-RW Movies without a mod chip

Okay, one of my cousins is thinking of getting a laptop. We don't know that much about laptops as we haven't been into it for a VERY LONG TIME NOW. So don't know whats hot and whats not. Can you guys help us out as to what to look for and what NOT to look for, etc, sugget some brands, watch out for some things, etc, etc.

It can if it has a Sanyo R-Type laser, but i highly do not recommend you doing so. If you do, you will see your laser intensity deteriorate at an alarming rate and then you won't even be able to read originals soon.

Heres an interesting bit on P64

Im running nvidia FX5200 on this comp and I WAS running project64 rather well... Then I updated to the lasted drivers. now Im missing all kinds of stuff...

i.e. Conkers eyes, peices of other stuff from games... What do you think... Im not really going to change drivers back as that fixed my sim city 4 problem. I tried all the different 64 drivers. all were about the same. Any clues?

Only thing I can think of is maybe re installing pj64.

I got troubles with some PSX isos ans ePSXe ->music don't play
but once burned it works. what's wrong?
most of them are clone cd. Is it the format or some settings with the emu?
