The Smurfs (2011)
Better than I expected.
(3'5/5)
Faster (2010)
It was good.

Puss in boots (2011)
It was very good.

Hahaha, C-dub Walken is good in everything. As dumb as this is about to sound, I loved him in Joe Dirt (which is shit, btw). There's just something about him..... mannerisms, speech, the whole thing that makes me love him as an actor. I also dig that Fatboy Slim video he's in. Nothing like watching him shuck and jive, haha.
Some other good CW flicks are the Dead Zone, Deer Hunter, The Sentinel, True Romance, Pulp Fiction ("I stuck that uncomfortable hunk of metal up my ass for 6 months. I'll be damned if any slopes gonna get his greasy hands on it") and probably my favorite gig of his was in Domino (decent movie, but his brief appearance is phenom. I read somewhere it's the equivalent to a ferret on crack, haha).
Have you seen the Christopher Walkenthoughs on Youtube? Some of them are damn funny. The Skyrim video is probably my favorite.
I got a fever....... and it's more C Walken.......
Well in between posting in the hangouts I finally finished my movie :P
Scarface Directors Cut. Still fantastic!
Spiderman
Barney's Version (2010)
It was good.

Shark Night (2011)
Poor...

The Land Before Time
Till now have seen 1-8 part.
The Eye (2002 original). More like Nothing Happens: The Movie. No idea why people praise this so much, it bored me to tears.
The Pirates! Band of Misfits
Felt it was somewhat short but it was good!
John Carpenter's The Thing
Excellent movie, despite being fairly dated. In hindsight I totally remember that Resident Evil 4 intentionally ripped some stuff from it, which was awesome.

They Live
Kinda weird pacing, but great when it warmed up.

Christine
Eh, seemed kinda over-rated. I'd barely heard of the other 2 Carpenter flicks before, and they were waaay better~

Texas Chainsaw Massacre 2 (1986) - Pretty fun movie... pretty good gore and Chop Top is just classic.
Tromeo and Juliet (1996) - Haha, I don't know what to say other than it's a Troma movie. I enjoyed it but I didn't find it nearly as gross as some of the of Troma stuff out there.
OK I cracked.
Amazing Spiderman
First hour was boring as hell. This is where the whole reworked thing pisses me off. Whoopy Peter gets bit and plays with powers has it out with Flash and Unca Ben gets shot when Peter could have stopped the guy before hand. Blah blah blah. Lizard was ok I guess but he had no snout, like what? Not to mention whenever he said Peter Parker I could swear I was listening to Voldemort saying Harry Potters name. I'm trying to be a little objective but even the acting wasn't all that great. Man in the shadows. Chameleon? But in the end I don't really care. Guess we'll find out as they'll be making more. I just hope they keep on using other villains different from the other movies. Maybe the others will be better as we won't have to sit through another origin. In the end the movie seems to be made for the 13-18 crowd.

The Mutilator-It's an 80's horror movie with an unfortunate title song. The song is way too upbeat for a horror film. It's not a great movie, but entertaining in a bad movie way. Recommend if you like bad horror flicks.
Watched Sharktopus and Blood Reaper last night. Blood Reaper looked like a home movie but some of the scenes actually had us laughing. I don't need to say anything else about the other film besides Sharktopus :P
All eight Harry Potter movies.
Transformers - Dark of the Moon
One Missed Call (original). It was fine. Pretty interesting ending, too.
Watched Sinister last night.
The Falcon and the Snowman. Pretty good movie, I would say it's rather slow but I just found myself glued to it for some reason. Sean Penn is great in it. Not bad at all for something made that long ago ('85 I think) Based on a true story.

Bridesmaids (2011)
Not very good...
(2/5)
The adventures of Tintin (2011)
Very good.

Mission Impossible: Ghost Protocol
4/5
Surprisingly good!
I'd give The Amazing Spiderman 4.5/5.
I think the story followed more closely to the comic I believe, but of course there was obvious changes compared to Spiderman 1. I didn't think I would enjoy it without Tobey.
I just watched it last night, and I loved it. I was really surprised because I didn't hear much good going into it, but everything was just so well done in the movie I don't see how people can hate it so much.
I'd give it 4.5/5, and I'm not real crazy about comic book flicks....
I also watched another movie called Killer Joe (2011) with Matthew McConnehey, or however you spell it.
5/5 - You want something funny/disturbing/brutal/sick this is your movie. The acting in the movie is fantastic - all the characters are spot on, even McConnehey, who I normally don't care for.
The Possession. Major let down, not scary at all
Just finish watching Magic Mike with the wife, I wouldn't have done it without her.
I watched 2 movies last night.
Total Recall (2012) - 2.5/5 - It was only entertaining because I wanted to see how much of the original they kept. In short, not much. No Mars, no martians, no Johnny Cabs, no Quato, no Richter (his part is replaced by Kate Beckinsale) and no real mystery as to what's real and what isn't. The highlights? Kate Beckinsales' ass and Jessica Biel. Oh, and it looked pretty good overall too.
The Campaign (2012) - 2.5/5 - Meh.... started out kind of humorous, but started to drag and was extremely predictable. for a 90 minute movie I felt like I was watching it for almost 2 hours.
Inspired by Tass's Halloween costume and since I've never seen it before I just watched Cast Away. Pretty good, surprised at some of the lol moments. The end dragged a bit but still enjoyed it.
3.5/5
One Missed Call/Chakushin Ari 2. It was okay-ish. Either I'm watching the wrong movies or J-horror just doesn't scare me like it used to.
Watched Wreck It Ralph in AMC this morning and it was satisfying.
Tron : Legacy
Only saw the movie because of the amazing OST by Daft Punk.
But still it's good.
Looper - 2012 - very very good sci-fi movie. I recommend you all watch it!
Watched The Skin I Live In (2011) last night. It's a Spanish film starring Antonio Banderas, and it is pretty nuts. Good twist, and it's actually a pretty sick/perverse movie. Do check it out.
The Aviator. Pretty good. Not a big DiCaprio fan but he did a good job. Cate Blanchett was fantastic as Hepburn. Big fan of Alan Alda so that was a treat for me too.
4/5
Rush Hour 2:lol
I saw Taken 2 recently. To be honest I wasn't sure just how they were going to make a sequel to the first one considering the story and how they ended it, but they managed to surprise the hell out of me and make a great sequel :) definitely recommend it.
i saw prometheus recently. i really liked it
