Just on the yellow side of clear, and not cloudy.

"Pretty yellow" means lack of water...probably too much beer or soft drink instead of water (assuming you're not dehydrated or sick).

If it were perfectly clear, I would assume you are over-hydrated which can be a bad thing on its own. As DL said, piss is waste so it has to be somewhat yellow.
