We've always put up the tree the day after Thanksgiving. But har har I'm working this year.
And then I had to order 3 copies of this fucking anime on Amazon before I got one that wasn't damaged.
:drag::drag::drag::drag::drag::drag::drag::drag::d rag:
Hello :wav:
Haha, I remember one time when I ordered something from amazon and it didn't come after a month or two. I called and could hardly hear what was being said. I thought I would never get my product :'(
:o Amazing stuff
Hey :D
Evening all.
Got a free evening :D Might do some catching up on the old games :D
I've been watching The Backyardagins. All. Goddamn. Day. :0:
Well, that's not true. I played Jak II for a bit earlier while kiddo was playing Angry Birds: Star Wars. Might play Mario Party 4 with him once he's done his apple.
I thought it was very hard. I made the mistake of starting on the hardest difficulty as well, though, since I thought I was pretty good at shooters. Evidently, I am not. I could not get into it. I'm going to try again playing through on Normal eventually, but from what I played of it, it's definitely not my kind of game. I'm terrible at stealth.
I still have my old piece of shit Christmas tree from a couple of years ago. I would go out and buy a new one, but they're like... $125, and I don't want to spend that kind of money.
That and mine is already decorated. :lol
"What's that? Christmas is over? Disassemble the tree and pack it in the box with the decorations still on it. Saves time for next year. Drink beer to celebrate." :top:
December 1st is the only acceptable time to start putting up a tree.
November is a month of remembrance, not of holiday cheer. :disagree:
Really, we just don't have a nice segue from one holiday to another like you guys do in the States. Thanksgiving is at the beginning of October, then Hallowe'en is at the end, then Remembrance Day on Nov. 11th... and then nothing until Christmas. Right after Remembrance Day is too early, ergo December 1st becomes the official "you can now put up your decorations."
I really just hate Christmas. 8 years working retail, and now buying gifts for kiddo and nephew, having to host my parents when they come out to visit, attempt to co-ordinate time so that we can all visit as a family around my sister-in-law's family's plans and my ex's family's plans and the time that I can get off work just gives me a headache and I don't want to participate anymore. :sad-no: </grinch>
:inout:
sigh...can't wait for thanksgiving break to start. BS that I have class Monday.
I know I said this last year, but "Rare Exports" is the best xmas movie.
Gundam
Attachment 35527
Bad Santa
Even better Xmas movie :D
It's too early to watch xmas movies.
:wiseau: Joking..I just have Monday then I'm on break so it's ok.
I don't know camming terms. All I know is it's excellent quality for a cam.
Telesync is different to a cam.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Telesync
Last cam I tried to watch was the first Ironman movie.
The audio was so terrible it really needed to have subtitles...which it didn't have, of course.
Besides you see a lot of cams and whatever which are completely misnamed in term of how it's filmed anyways. All you can do in the end is just watch and judge for yourself.
Probably time to remove my cats stitches.
I think that Cams and TS are both awful. R5 however is good stuff. Screeners don't come by often, but they're my favorite. Because early. :P
And I'm off to play some more torchlight 2.
