sorry for the rant and not a question but i know of a ad that not even the Adblock Plus addon for firefox can stop: Ad Bots
reported one at armorgames earlier today due to blatantly obvious ad type comments on several games. if only there was a anti-ad bot...bot for games like diablo 2, path of exile has few bots that i've seen so far but given time thats bound to have some change for better or worse. >.>
edit: and i'd have to agree with you on final fantasy XIII, i'm in the last section of the game after doing what no game should permit, forcing myself to play that chore of a game. last section and things are so OP vs my characters who are getting close to max power for that point that i still have a hard time winning any fight. and the missions...i'm just gonna say that compared to the mark hunting of XII, this is a joke with most missions reusing the exact same, unchanged, monsters in different locations.

Good evening, Doctor. After reading through... Good lord, over a hundred pages, I decided to stop lurking and throw out a few questions. Mind you, before this thread I was only casually interested in SEGA's depictions of your actions, so do forgive me if I bring up anything that might seem obvious to you, as it probably won't be for me. I'm also going to be going into reasons as to why I'm asking these questions, so they might get a bit long. Apologies in advanced. I'll just bold the actual question to save you a bit of time if you're skimming.
1. You mentioned pages back that you build your own computers. I'm into building computers myself, but not really from scratch. Putting pieces inside a computer case is childs play, though. So my question is; do your computers - your personal use ones atleast - utilize the same components of modern computers, just more advanced? When I say that, I mean do your computers have the same idea of a hard drive, motherboard, disk drive, graphics card, power supply, so on and so forth as what we do, or do you use parts that aren't commonly used?
2. Are you sure Sonic is the only real threat? Tossing Knuckles away considering the guy has both the attention span and intellect of a gold fish (which is an insult to gold fishes everywhere), what about Tails? Tails, despite being dependent on Sonic, is by no means incompetent on his own if you ask me. If you captured Sonic, I believe you'd only serve to fuel his enthusiasm. He's quite a young genius as well, and is close to being on grounds with you. Amy is also another threat you might need to tangle with. Chances are, if you actually do get your hands on Sonic, her hammer is going to have something to say about it.
3. This is more of a theory about you, Doctor! Infact, you might call it a conspiracy. I'm not you, but it's just something I'd like to throw out. I'm just going to call a spade a spade here and say; Doctor, you're weird.
I don't mean that as an insult. I mean it as in... You don't seem like you're a normal human being. Your intellect is vastly superior to any current minds in the world, and you're capable of building just about anything you put your mind to. Hell, you're hundreds of years advanced! Your physical appearance is also odd. You mentioned glandular problems, but when compared to ANYONE else on the planet, you're really quite unique.
You've also been shown to run at speeds that aren't technically possible for a man of your stature. Infact, you're able to run at nearly the same speed as Sonic, albeit for a short burst. And for a hedgehog, even Sonic shouldn't be able to run at the speeds he does. But he has an excuse; he's not normal.
With all this laid down, my question is this. Doctor, do you think you might be a chaotic being in a similar form to Sonic? Your unique characteristics seem to point towards that conclusion after all. It would even explain why GUN would want you dead, other than your advanced intellect.
4. Ever thought of trying to use only human minions? I ask because Sonic seems to have no issue with destroying your creations because... They're things, not actually living creatures. But don't you think Sonic would be hesitant if you had a few loyal followers that would take up arms in the name of your ideals? But, I guess that hasn't stopped Sonic from attacking GUN officers in mechs before. But I'm talking on-foot, ground units with just basic equipment.

Amy just scares the heck outta me. Her and her unlimited supply of hammers, that is. On the other hand, she also unnerves Sonic to no end, so I'm prepared to just stay well away. Of course she might interfere if I capture Sonic, but on balance, I believe she's the lesser threat compared to the enormous amount of speed and chaos power Sonic brings to the table, and the immense cognitive ability Tails manages to bring about.
3 - Actually, I've hypothesised similar ideas about myself there. Why, I asked of my illustrious self, do I so far exceed the capabilities of my fellow people? How could it be possible? Did I get thrown into a cauldron filled with chaos emeralds in my youth?
Eventual testing and analysis proved that I am, although vastly superior, 'just' a human. Although when it comes to the Chaos Emeralds, it's always difficult to say, to be quite frank with you. Who knows, perhaps I am an anomaly caused by exposure to chaos energy. If so, what would you do about it? I know I wouldn't do anything about it. I like who I am, thanks.
Oh, and for reference, my ludicrous speed in the games is purely thanks to SEGA. While they tell the stories, they need some additional dramatising, and sometimes the easiest path is to just have me outrun the rodent into my next super creation. For example, taking the final fight on the Death Egg for illustration, in the game my final guardian is defeated, Sonic rushes after me, and I run off faster than him into my ultimate mech at the time. What actually happened was that my control position for the final guardian bot was from inside the cockpit of the Giant Egg Robo at the time. Simple as that, really, but a bit trickier to convey on a 16-bit platform, I suppose.
4 - Perhaps, but there are a few holes in that idea. Sonic is perfectly able to knock someone out without harming them, for one, loyal minions can be hard to come by when you're in my profession, for two, and even if you manage loyal minions, for three, they tend to be a bit put off when I tell them that they're cannon fodder in my latest scheme.
"Now get out there and see if Sonic has compunctions about tearing you a new one!" will never be a favoured campaign quote, I suspect.
5 - An amusing bit of codeplay in Sonic Adventure 2. Shame it had its limitations, but it was fun to toy around with when I found the codes for it.
Bonus - Yeah yeah, we've heard the Omochao rumour a dozen or so times by this point. Everyone seems to think it's hysterical. No, the mustache is not a fake, and no, Omochao did not get to say that line in the actual release because I promised to destroy anything even remotely related to the little mechanical bastard if they did include the line. Regrettably, the beta coding left the line in, but by that point it was pointless to take out SEGA over it. It's a bit childish to tear down a company for a single line, and while I'm occasionally given to a temper, I'm not quite that far gone.

4 - Difficult to say. There's the scheme detailed in Sonic Adventure 2 - the scheme itself wasn't too bad, but I'll forever regret letting out Shadow. Then there was Adventure. I went completely out of my mind, and I will forever regret trying to, essentially, nuke Station Square. Really, I might be a world-conquering super genius, but I never intended to cause devastation on such a scale. It's for similar reasons I regret Chaos, but less so - I assumed he had more control than that. Didn't work out.
5 - Well, cooking-tron 3000 is becoming vastly unoriginal, so after a sampling, I'll consider it.
